Sturdy pair of womens vintage or antique mahogany brown leather classic Victorian boots with low stacked wood heels from about 1910. The boots lace up in front and have original laces. The vamp is has a line of perforation and stitching across the toe box, making them cap toe style. I like the design going all around and up the boot. They are perfectly wearable.
They have leather soles AND original box. They are " Buster Brown" brand. The style is called Grls Mhgy Lotus Lace.
This is part of a collection we recently procured from Carey's Shoe Store, a store that was established in 1919 in Charlevoix, Michigan. The family recently decided to let go of the remaining stock of the store, about 150 pairs, most new and in their original boxes. ?
